On all our properties the Holding deposit is 1 weeks rent. This secures the property to you while we carry out References and draw up the contracts and associated paperwork.

This should be paid 7 days before the contract starts. The Holding deposit will be deducted from this amount.

All utility bills are included; electricity, gas, water, TV licence and Superfast broadband. There will also be a basic TV package included as well. You can upgrade this to include Sky Sports Films etc on request. Council tax is exempt for full-time students provided they obtain a student certificate from their respective University.

Due to a change in the law there are no tenant fees to pay.
