Nexus Student Lettings (officially Nexus West London Limited) is a well-established student lettings business, dedicated to offering quality rental accommodation for students at Brunel and Bucks Universities within the key student accommodation areas of Hillingdon and Uxbridge.

Nearly all bedrooms in our houses are doubles and many properties have separate communal areas. Our properties have permit parking or off street parking and all come with fully equipped kitchens including 2 large fridge freezers so there’s no arguing over where you can keep your pizzas or beer!

Out tenants’ peace of mind is our top priority, and that’s why we include all utility bills, superfast broadband and TV licences within the rent.  All our properties are within a 15 minute walking distance of the Brunel campus to make life a little easier on those early mornings!
